Studio Policy Summary

These policies ensure a safe, efficient, and professional experience for all clients.

Booking & Deposits

  • All bookings require a non-refundable deposit.

  • The deposit is deducted from the final tattoo cost.

  • Deposits cover preparation, design time, and hold your appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows result in deposit forfeiture.

  • New appointments require a new deposit.

Arriving for Your Appointment

  • Please arrive on time, well-rested, hydrated, and having eaten.

  • Do not consume alcohol or drugs within 24 hours of your appointment.

  • Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the tattoo area.

  • Only one support person is permitted, depending on space and safety considerations.

Health Disclosure

Clients must inform the artist of medical conditions such as:

  • Allergies

  • Blood disorders

  • Diabetes

  • Autoimmune conditions

  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding

  • Skin conditions (e.g., psoriasis, eczema)

  • Use of blood-thinning medications

This information is kept confidential.

Age Requirements

  • 18+ may be tattooed without consent.

  • 16–17 years old may be tattooed only with verified parent or guardian consent specifying design and placement.

  • Under 16 cannot be tattooed under any circumstance.

Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service if:

  • A client is intoxicated or impaired.

  • A client is aggressive or unsafe.

  • The tattoo is unrealistic, unsafe, offensive, or goes against studio ethics.

  • Skin condition or placement prevents safe tattooing.
