Studio Policy Summary
These policies ensure a safe, efficient, and professional experience for all clients.
Booking & Deposits
All bookings require a non-refundable deposit.
The deposit is deducted from the final tattoo cost.
Deposits cover preparation, design time, and hold your appointment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule.
Late cancellations or no-shows result in deposit forfeiture.
New appointments require a new deposit.
Arriving for Your Appointment
Please arrive on time, well-rested, hydrated, and having eaten.
Do not consume alcohol or drugs within 24 hours of your appointment.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the tattoo area.
Only one support person is permitted, depending on space and safety considerations.
Health Disclosure
Clients must inform the artist of medical conditions such as:
Allergies
Blood disorders
Diabetes
Autoimmune conditions
Pregnancy or breastfeeding
Skin conditions (e.g., psoriasis, eczema)
Use of blood-thinning medications
This information is kept confidential.
Age Requirements
18+ may be tattooed without consent.
16–17 years old may be tattooed only with verified parent or guardian consent specifying design and placement.
Under 16 cannot be tattooed under any circumstance.
Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse service if:
A client is intoxicated or impaired.
A client is aggressive or unsafe.
The tattoo is unrealistic, unsafe, offensive, or goes against studio ethics.
Skin condition or placement prevents safe tattooing.
